The Council of Insurance against Industrial (BIIa) adopted the testimony of the UIM and evaluation stated in its entirety. Probst has appealed the Thurston County senior Court. The Superior Court dismissed the appeal Probst because he did not agree with RCW 51.52.112, under which Probst was to pay the assessment in full or in an order providing for payment of pre- fascination, by declaring the assessment of undue hardship. Because Probst has failed to pay the fee and does not quest after a pre-appeal from the order of undue hardship, we affirm.
